For people who run hotels for a living, alone or as a couple
Run a hotel your way. Keep a real share of what you build.
Owners post hotels and the return they want. You bid the return you will stand behind and the share of the upside you ask for. A hotel run well can earn far more than a typical one, and that upside is yours to share. Some offers include on-site housing, and couples and teams of two are welcome.
How it works for operators
- 1
Join and verify, free
Years running hotels, hotels run, revenue per room against competitors, staff turnover and guest review scores. You start at Starter. As we check each fact, your level rises. Before you bid, you also verify your identity and pass a background check. Joining and verifying cost you nothing, because the hotel owner covers the checks.

Bid on hotels
See the full numbers, then say the return you will stand behind and the split you ask for. Newcomers can bid on offers that welcome them.
- 3
Earn upside
The owner's return comes first. Everything above it is shared in your split. Return is measured quarter by quarter, as you and the owner agree.
We look for operators who work the hotel
You know the shift: a full house with two people out, a no-call, no-show at the front desk, rooms that have to turn by three. You know how to schedule to occupancy and keep a team that wants to stay. That is the skill owners cannot find, and it is what they are bidding for.
Owners here want someone hands-on: on the property, leading by doing. Every bid says how many hours a week you will work in the hotel yourself and what pay you ask. Your pay is a cost of the hotel and comes out before the owner's return. Your share of the upside comes after.
Prefer a bigger team? That is fine, if you are good at managing one. The upside is paid after labor, so a team you cannot manage costs you.
Relief work
Some owners add Emergency cover. If you tick "open to short-notice relief work" on your profile, you may be asked to step into a hotel that has lost its operator, on the agreement that operator made.
Build a hotel guests recommend
Operators who roll up their sleeves are the ones whose hotels climb the review sites and fill on their own. Owners notice too. For an owner who was only looking for a return, having the best-reviewed hotel in town is quite an experience, and they remember who made it happen.
New here? That can be an advantage.
Some owners will only take Pros. Others like a hungry newcomer who is eager to prove themselves, and will take a smaller share of the upside to get one. Which offers you can bid on depends on your level, so the more we can check, the more doors open.
