The price is shown before I choose it. How it works

Every operator who bids has verified their identity and passed a background check. The flat fee you pay when you choose a bid covers those checks, and you and the operator are free to agree that they reimburse you.

I own this hotel, or I am allowed to offer its management. I understand my franchise brand, if I have one, may need to approve any operator, and that a bid is an offer, not a guarantee. I agree to the Terms, which include trying mediation before any lawsuit, and the Privacy page.
